With over 10 years of experience in human resources, Casey is a group HR director at The E.W. Scripps Company, a leading media enterprise that informs and entertains millions of people daily. In this role, he oversees the HR strategy and operations for the local media division in their western region. The E.W. Scripps Company includes 60 TV stations and 54 markets across the US. Casey drives employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. He also partners with senior leadership and business stakeholders to align HR objectives with the company’s vision and values.
One of Casey’s core competencies is manufacturing process improvement, which he developed and applied in his previous roles as senior HR director and HR director at Scripps. Casey led several projects to streamline and optimize the HR processes and systems, resulting in improved efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
