Frank Hanna-Bernabe has over a decade of experience in the affordable housing industry where he has led the rehabilitation of the San Diego Housing Commission’s impressive portfolio of 4,115 affordable housing units across 160 properties in the City of San Diego.

Frank has served on the board previously as Secretary before stepping into the leadership position of Board Chair, presiding over Wesley House's largest fundraising year to-date in 2025.
